The first book you touch on a shelf with your eyes closed.
Sorry for the late post, but I’d been really busy for a while. I did read the books and follow the prompts though. So, I read the following book:
House of Earth and Blood (The Crescent City #1) by Sarah. J. Maas.
It’s a detective kind of fantasy which is my most favourite kind since it’s the combination of my two most favourite genres. Also, anything by Sarah J. Maas is an instant buy and read for me, so I already know it’s gonna be totally worth it !
About the last book I read, Man in the Brown Suit by Agatha Christie.
This book is more like an adventure movie, with extreme drama, romance and heroics. The murder mystery is overlooked as it focuses mostly on the criminal mastermind behind it, all his works and past hauls which also involves theft of diamonds. All of it set in the revolutionary period in Africa.
It wasn’t as thrilling and mind blowing as AC’s books usually are. I didn’t feel it was the best work of Agatha Christie because I prefer her usual who-dunnit mysteries.
