Prompt #17 of the 2020 Reading Challenge

After a lot of prompts from the Popsugar Reading Challenge, this week I’m going to read the following murder mystery in continuation of my Murder Mystery Bingo:

Murder in the Mews by Agatha Christie.

I know we aren’t supposed to judge a book by its cover, but I selected this particular murder mystery because I absolutely loved the cover !

So, a little about the story: This book actually contains four different short stories, all featuring the popular detective, Hercule Poirot. Four mystifying cases – Murder in the Mews, The Incredible Theft, Dead Man’s Mirror and Triangle at Rhodes which will all test the ‘little grey cells’.

About the book I read last week, The Gilded Wolves by Roshani Chokshi. It was a fantasy thriller set in the beautiful city of Paris. Such an easy and engrossing read, definitely a un-put-downable book for me. It had everything I love – a brilliant fantasy world (that too set in Paris), a story full of puzzles and awesome teen characters. I just can’t wait for the sequel. There were so many plot twists, I was enjoying every bit of it.Β  I will definitely recommend this book to everyone who loves puzzles. This book is full of them, embellished in a beautiful story.

I hope you are reading many books to pass time in this quarantine period. I sure am !πŸ˜‰ Stay home. Stay safe.

What are you reading currently?
