Prompt #14 of the 2020 Reading Challenge

This week’s prompt for the 2020 Reading Challenge, is taken from the 2020 Popsugar Reading Challenge :

A book with a bird on it’s cover.

So, for this week’s prompt – A book with a bird on its cover, I’m reading the following book:

Nevernight by Jay Kristoff.

A little about the book:

It is about a girl who joins the Red Church where they teach you to become a murderer. She wants it badly because she has a vendetta against her parent’s killers and so this is a story of revenge.

It has been on my TBR for ages and I’m glad I’ll finally get to read this. Fantasy has always one pf my most favourite genres and I’m excited to get lost in another world !

Now, about the book I read last week: Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. Not the classic I was expecting it to be. The story is about a young orphan girl and her journey through life. You may read my full review on the book here.

I hope you are being safe and reading more in this quarantine period. I know I am. πŸ˜…

What are you reading currently ?

Tell me about it.
